When your non-profit organization has a need for prospect research information or services, we will help you develop a scope of services and RFP (Request for Proposals), solicit proposals, review and summarize the results, and present you with a turn-key solution for your unique situation.
Our RFP Service is a unique new program to assist non-profits in selecting a researcher for a variety of projects such as identifying wealthy individuals of a specific ethnic or cultural background, developing a prospect research plan, outsourcing prospect research during transitional periods, or developing prospect lists from outside sources.
When you have a need for any service related to prospect research, you would simply contact us and we will assist you in developing the best approach to resolving your needs.
Once we have developed the "RFP", we will contact an extensive network of freelance prospect researchers and independent prospect research consultants to solicit proposals for your unique needs. During the RFP process, the name of your organization remains confidential until you select the researcher for your project. Before you make a decision regarding the researcher that you would like to engage, you will receive a bio of each researcher, a sample of their work (when applicable), a list of resources they will use, and how much each researcher will charge. We will review the proposals and provide you with a summary, discuss the pros and cons of the top proposals, and support you with professional advice as you decide who you would like to assign the project to.
Once you have decided who will undertake your research project, we handle all the details and follow-up to make sure that the assignment goes smoothly. The selected researcher will work as an independent contractor to The Freelance Prospect Research Network. The Network will be responsible to pay the researcher and your contractual arrangement would be with the Network.
