An opportunity for freelance prospect
researchers and independent prospect research consultants ... Our roster of Freelancers is currently full and new Freelancers will be added by invitation from our waiting list. We also operate the International Prospect Research Network, whose members are also Freelancers or Associates of the Freelance Prospect Research Network. Freelance Members must be employed full-time by a US non-profit organization at the time they join the Network. If you are currently employed as a prospect research professional in a non-profit organization, The Freelance Prospect Research Network has been developed to provide you with an opportunity to obtain supplemental work. If you are an independent prospect research consultant, the Network offers opportunities for you to receive additional overflow work, respond to RFPs, join our International Prospect Research Network, or advertise in our Prospect Research Consultants Directory.
Here's what our freelance researchers are saying about their experience ...
As the network grows, we plan to pursue additional benefits for our partners in this venture. Some of the ideas that we are exploring include negotiating substantial discount programs with content vendors, providing training, and developing a standardized forms and checklist library. We also encourage your ideas to develop a process that ensures all members are able to compete effectively for assignments and that you receive substantial value and income from the network. We believe that it is important to note that this initiative is being undertaken by a full-time prospect research company, Chase Solutions. Our firm will not be competing for any of the assignments received by the network. In addition, we will be referring research work to the network that we are not able to accommodate due to workflow or other considerations. As a for-profit prospect research company, we sometimes find that we are unable to meet the needs of smaller non-profits because our overhead costs dictate a higher pricing structure than they can afford. Due to lower overhead, and because freelance work is a supplement to their jobs at non-profit organizations, we are often approached by colleagues looking for sub-contract work. The development of the Freelance Prospect Research Network is a natural outgrowth of this demand. The network also provides an opportunity for independent prospect research consultants who are not directly employed by a non-profit organization. We have developed a separate directory on this site to afford independent consultants and opportunity to promote their services. If you are have an interest in
freelance prospect research opportunities, please let us know by completing the Freelance
Prospect Researcher Interest Form or by contacting Dave
Chase at (508) 790-2500. At this time, you
would be added to our waiting list and invited to join our associate roster as
openings occur. |
